Includes all stamps, most fiscals and many s/s or postal stationery issued in the period ovpt. "mihon" (specimen). Mounted to blanc fields with preprinted "number of notification", "date of notification" and "day of issuance" and the dates plus technical data (size, paper colour) entered by hand.
